Before your mediation, we will communicate between the parties involved to appoint a mediator, arrange the date of mediation, book and supply the venue for mediation, composite, photocopy and deliver the mediation bundle and deal with all lines of communication.

During your mediation session, we offer a range of concierge services including scanning, photocopying, printing and shredding documents, sending and receiving faxes, handling and forwarding messages, sending and receiving emails, browsing the internet, and typing documents in our computer station.

HKEMC operates with a “Can Do” attitude. Each of our staff members will do their best not to say “No”. No matter how long the mediation session takes, we are here. HKEMC’s standard hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm. We officially open Monday to Friday and will open on weekends on request.
