We pride ourselves in offering a high calibre of practising barristers as mediators and deliver a professional, effective and punctual service. HKEMC has built and continues to build a panel of mediators reflecting a wide range of skills from many different fields. We believe that in order to provide a comprehensive mediation service it is essential to have a team of mediators fully reflecting a multi-disciplinary approach.

Our panel includes practising barristers experienced in general and commercial litigation and in various specialist areas of dispute. Resumes of our panel mediators are available upon request. HKEMC believes in a philosophy of providing mediation service to clients as an affordable option.

Our all-inclusive package of mediation is priced at HK$3,000 per party including a two-hour mediation, the rental of conference rooms, the intake and preparation charges (includes single-sided documents of one 2-3 inch box file), administrative fees, and filing and photocopying expenses (per case).

If the mediation conference exceeds 2 hours, the additional charge is HK$750.00 per hour per party. We also provide a mediation package of more experienced mediators at the prices of HK$3,500.00 per party for a 2-hour mediation with the additional charges of HK$1,000.00 per hour per party respectively if the mediation conference exceeds 2 hours.
