We pride ourselves in offering practising barristers of high calibre as mediators and in delivering a professional and effective service. HKEMC has built a panel of mediators reflecting a wide range of skills from many different fields.

Our panel includes practising barristers experienced in general and commercial litigation and in various specialist areas of dispute. Resumes of our panel mediators are available upon request. HKEMC believes in a philosophy of providing mediation service to the public as an effective and affordable option.

Our all-inclusive package of mediation is priced at HK$3,500 per party including a two-hour mediation, the rental of conference rooms, the intake and preparation charges (includes single-sided documents of one 2-3 inch box file), administrative fees, and filing and photocopying expenses (per case). If the mediation conference exceeds 2 hours, the additional charge is HK$1,000.00 per hour per party.

We also provide a mediation package of more experienced mediators at the price of HK$4,000.00 per party for a 2-hour mediation with the additional charge HK$1,250.00 per hour per party respectively if the mediation exceeds 2 hours.
